Objective:
Create a comprehensive brand identity for CHOP-Community Health Outreach Program which offers fully integrated primary care for behavioral health facilities. The components that took priority were their logo and launch brochure. Each needed to effectively communicate the program's goals, services, and benefits to stakeholders and potential clients. In addition, illustrations were created to visually convey the program's message and enhance its overall brand image. In addition stationery and marketing materials were created to complete the brand's new marketing materials. Lastly, a website was developed to serve as an informative and user-friendly platform, showcasing the program's offerings and facilitating communication with clients.
